Welcome to the Secondary Title Documentation!

Secondary Title (latest version 1.9.6) is a free plugin for WordPress that adds a second title to post, pages and custom post types. The plugin was developed to be easy to use for both regular WordPress users and WordPress developers. A separate settings page on the dashboard allows administrators to adjust the output and behaviour of Secondary Title.

This documentation shows and explains all features of Secondary Title. Use the navigation bar on the left to browse through the sections.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This documentation has not yet been completed. Some information may be missing or being unavailable. If you would like to contribute to the WordPress community, you can help editing this documentation. See the section Contributing below. (Last updated: 2018-07-19)

You can download the latest version of the plugin from the official plugin page on WordPress.com or from WordPress' SVN plugin repository. For older versions, please have a look at the Archive page.

Creating a comprehensive documentation with all plugin features, examples, code areas and tutorials is quite a lot of work. I would appreciate any help I can get. Maybe you have an hour left and can add information that has not yet been published? If yes, just send me your email address to kolja@koljanolte.com and I will assign you as collaborator so that you can create change requests for specific information.

Secondary Title has been developed and is being maintained by Kolja Nolte (WordPress username: thaikolja). Feel free to contact me:
